Job Description

-Order collection via mail and Sales Work Order.

-Planning of the Order includes stock check and final rates on the 

order.

-Confirmation of Order with clients and send for order confirmation.

-Coordination with client for planning on dispatch finalization.

-Documentation and filing of all relevant information as per 

guideline.

-MIS report to be submitted as assigned on regular basis

Essential Competencies:

Knowledge of computer and internet applications.

Good product knowledge.

Good communication skills both written and verbal. 

Ability to communicate on various levels to include departmental, customer and associate levels.
