Job Description




Knowledge of CADENCE layout tools, Layout of sensitive analog components including resistors, capacitors and inductors, Detailed transistor-level layout of RF and analog circuit blocks including LNA, mixers, PLL, LO generation, modulators, power amplifier, ADC/DAC, baseband filters, and bandgap/bias/LDO, High level proficiency in interpretation of DRC, ERC, LVS, etc checkers on layout & take design to PG


 


Candidates Profile:


1.       Experience in custom RF/analog layout with extensive knowledge on deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.


2.       Must understand issues of RC delay, electro migration, and cross capacitance


3.       Must know how to build transformers, transmission lines & understand the layout constraints.


4.       Ability to understand design constraints on layout.


5.       Layout review for power/gnd routing, electro migration, signal path check, differential and IQ


matching, and signal coupling,


6.       Knowledgeable on layout techniques for device matching, minimizing parasitics, RF shielding, and high frequency routing.


7.       Experience in full chip activity like floor plan, power routing plan, toplevel layout verification, layout checkers, PG process etc


8.       Scripting skills in PERL or SKILL are considered a plus, but not required

Job Description: Sr. Consultant with 4-5 years of Development/ Production Support & Maintenance experience in below mentioned skills with exposure to database concepts & large-scale development / production support projects. Sr. Consultant requires strong technical skills, responsible for coding, testing, debugging and installing application systems. Qualifications:


  • Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of technology experience with at least 3 years hands-on technical roles in the field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Strong background in Unix, ETL Tools (Abinitio, Informatica), PL/SQL

  • Good working knowledge of database design, , XML Spy, Microsoft Office Products and Microsoft Visio

  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours.

  • Work with QC Analyst to insure appropriate conditions are identified, provide technical expertise on how to execute and assist with troubleshooting testing issues

  • Assists/ oversees production implementation according to the defined release schedules and maintenance of the production, QA and test environments

Job description:-


Accountability:  Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities within them.


Major Deliverables: 


  • Need analysis:  Need analysis form to be filled up while interacting with customer. Interact with client regularly to ensure that their requirements are met

  • Key Business: Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. Explore marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes. Stay in touch with architects & builders on a regular basis to understand the upcoming projects

  • Presentations: Demonstrate products /methods /services using appropriate presentation & brochure to persuade customers to purchase products.

  • Quotations: Create detailed quotation and make accurate calculations as per the customer requirement/selection based on costing sheet provided by the company without any discrepancy/deviations.

  • Closure: Ensure that proper follow up is done with customer to make sure deal is closed within discount parameters.

  • Delivery & payment: Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients through coordination with production and logistics team. Also ensure 100% payment is received before delivery. KAM will be responsible for outstanding payments.

  • Customer Relationship: Maintain long-term relationships by interacting with customers on regular basis and update them on forthcoming product developments and special promotions.  Make follow up calls for feedback and referrals.

  • Reports: Prepare sales forecast based on marketing activity plans and past performance. Review on a monthly basis.

  • Inventory records: Stay updated with all company products. Provide customers with the appropriate details about the products in response to their inquiries

  • DSR: Daily sales report need to be made daily and submitted to the Assistant General Manager – Key Accounts with complete details.

  • Grievances: Deal promptly with customer complaints and resolve the queries.

  • Targets:  Using above mentioned pointers to ensure “Targets are met”

 


Supervises:  Assistant KAM, KA Executive


 


Reports to:  AGM-Key Accounts


 


Experience:- 3- 10 years experience in key account management.


Other requirements -Experience with Polished Communication Skills with Verbal & Written. 


Compensation:- It will not be a constraint for well deserving candidates. It will consist of attractive salary and incentive based on performance. Conveyance will be additional. 


VERY IMPORTANT:- 


This is a very high end luxury product store, and hence they require very fine people for this.
