Position:-  Part time recruitment consultant

Place:-  Based from Home

Job Description:

Experience        :  Fresher & experienced candidate.

Compensation   :  Attractive payment on the basis of number and quality of calls 

Education          :  Undergraduate/Graduate/ MBA/ B.E.

Functional Area:  Interacting with the candidate and HR of company.

Competency:- Very good at local and English communication.

Requirement:-

The candidate should be having Laptop/ computer & net connectivity at Home.

The candidate should be ready to work with full devotion and commitment.

Job description:-

1.) should be ready to interact with the candidate for lining up interviews with the company.

2.) should be ready to make/handle approx 50 calls per day and day end reporting.

3.) The candidate should be able to interact with HR of different company.

4.) Should be read for learning and be enquisitive for knowledge development.

5.) Should be ready to follow up with the candidate & HR for lining up interviews & following up till joining for selected candidate.

6.) Keep updated on all the article from our website.

7.) Should be proactive and open to take initiative. The candidate should not expect too much follow up and chasing for work to be accomplished.

 

8.) we will provide you vacancies and database also. You have to work on given vacancy and line up suitable candidates for interview.

9.) This work include screening, searching, calling, interview and feedback process.

 

10.) Its work from home positions where you will receive all details via mail and work on positions

11.) The candidate can opt to work from OFFICE at centre where we have offices available by their choice on higher package.
