Position:- HR Executive ( Recruitment and admin)
Location:- Jaipur ( Vaishalinagar)
Qualification: Any Graduate & Any Post Graduate.
Experience: 0-5 Yrs
Specialization: HR, recruitment, Payroll, administration
Job Location : Hyderabad
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job posting
Searching candidate from job portal
Recruitment of new candidate.
Arranging interview.
Payroll management
Managing salary processing, PF, ESI accounts
Statutory Compliance & Grievances.
Has to have strong work knowledge on Excel, formulaes etc.
Handling employees queries regarding their salaries / PF / ESI.
Handling annual income tax process.
Handling other Payroll related functions
Managing time sheet
Candidate’s Profile:
Excellent in Excel.
Good in calculations.
Have Good Communication & Convincing Skills
The candidates have to be smart in their outlook, and also their presentation. They have to be very fluent in English.
Salary : approximately 8-12K monthly
Timings : 10 am to 6 pm
