Age Limit 56 years for absorption basis and 48 years for direct recruitment basis
Qualification Graduate in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 17 years experience. OR PG Degree in Tech./ Engineering in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 15 years experience. OR Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any relevant disciplines/ inter-disciplines with 12 years of experience.

Age Limit 56 years for absorption basis and 46 years for direct recruitment basis
Qualification Graduate in Engineering/ Technology in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications or M. Sc. in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 14 years experience. OR Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 12 years experience. OR Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above-mentioned disciplines/ inter-disciplines with 09 years of experience.
Application Fee
i) Rs. 500/- should be paid through demand draft drawn in the favour of ‘Software Technology Parks of India’ payable at New Delhi.
ii) Fee exempted (No fee required) for SC/ST/Female candidates/PH.

ii) After the submission of form online, candidates can take printout of application.
iii) Attach attested (by gazetted officer) xerox copies of testimonials/documents in the support of qualification, experience, age proof, caste certificate & original DD along with application form.
