Position :   Manager / Sr. Manager – Commercial (Shipping)

Location:  Corp. Office, Hospet

Probable range of Salary:   10 – 12 Lpa

Qualification:  B.Com / B.Sc. / MBA

Experience:  9-10 Yrs

 

Job Description:

• Managing vessels operations including nominations/ acceptance



• Communications to agents/ master and crew /Voyage orders



• Review all port related documents like LOI, BL’s etc.



• Settling port cost accounts ( POA / FOA)



• Preparing freight invoices



• Prepare lay time calculations



• Review charter parties.



• Liaise with P&I Clubs & H&M Underwriters



• Appointment of various agents at ports (Agents /Surveyors)



• Preparation of daily Vessel operations MIS



• Assisting in Technical Ship Management operations



• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time
