Job Description
· Have proven record of managing projects to meet client’s requirements, mobilization of resources and completion of assignments.
Will be responsible for HSE and Quality of services of the Companies SA assigned inspection teams at project site.
· Communicate with client for the operational needs of the project, attend all meetings with client and take actions to ensure timely completion of the actions.
· Provide administrative support for the smooth operations of the projects
· Ensure and liaison with operation supervisor(s) and client for timely submission of invoices, and payment follow up.
· Coordinate/ensure that the client’s regular evaluation are on merit and reflect the actual performance of the Companies SA team. Take appropriate actions to improve the overall performance of the team for a just performance and client evaluation.
· Support in Identify needs to improve in resources, and services including efforts to arrange new candidates for selection
· Should have proven management skills to organize, plan and direct the operation of the projects with all the challenges to face and act upon.
· Should have strong client based development and inter personal skills to generate business opportunities
· Attend the regular client meetings, develop Meeting Minutes and take agreed actions with client and within the Companies SA.
