Designation : Job Consultant
Purpose:
To provide our successfully graduated candidates with tips and advices on their Resumes, train them groom them with various skills and interview techniques, building relationships; not only with candidates, but also with HRs of the reputed firms / organisations in order to make placements.
Major Responsibilities
Placing the candidate at a right designation and firm as per his suitability.
Visiting various companies/firms/organisations to build and develop relationships.
Guiding students for preparing effective CVs for forwarding it to hiring company.
Using candidate databases to match the right company for placement.
Observe jobs to obtain information about job requirements.
Running workshops in order to train the candidate in respect of grooming, manners, etiquettes etc.
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the company.
Requesting references and checking the suitability of candidate before submitting their details to the corresponding company/firm.
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between candidates and corresponding company/firm.
Offering advice to candidates and corresponding company/firm on pay rates, training and career progression.
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
Providing appropriate help, advice and recommendations based on interviews/test results.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of all the work undertaken and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Participate in the education and career development team meetings/Programme.
Advice and guidance to the counsellors for sharing the current trend of requirements and good fields suggesting good pay packages.
Returns the hiring company/candidates and Nathani Charitable Trust
Hiring company: They save charges/fees for hiring candidates.
Students: Placements in good firms with good packages.
NCT: Successfully placing the sponsored students.
Educational Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resource Management or any other relevant degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a reputed NGO/Company on similar kind of profile.
Must have Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Proven track record in Writing of Proposals, Monthly/Annual Reports. Proficiency in English Language and Computer must.
Salary: 3 to 3.5 CTC Depends on Degree and Experience
