Job Description
1. To coach assigned TSEs on observed areas for improvement
2. To identify training needs of assigned TSEs from the evaluations &
Conduct training programs
3. To meet targets assigned on a consistent basis

6. To adhere to company norms and regulations with no deviations
• Good Communication & Presentation skills.
• Good training concept delivery.
• Mandatory exp in communication training, voice & accent training & language training.
• Mandatory training exp should be more than 3+yrs.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
1. Completing the Monitoring & coaching targets for the week
2. Coaching the Agents according to the observations made while monitoring
Calls.
3. Doing training need analysis & preparing training modules on the basis
Of the needs.
4. Conducting skill specific training sessions to improve the performance
Of the Agents.
5. Helping the TSEs improve on their CSAT scores.
6. Initiatives taken to add value to the project.
7. Involvement in the team.
Education:
Any graduation
Flexibility to work in night shift (rotational)
