1. Independent shift operation/operation of closed circuit Ball Mill (FLS Make) |
2. Optimisation & monitoring of process parameter with required quality |
3. Analysis of process parameter trends of the running plant & trouble shooting. |
4. Project and modification work planning and execution. |
5. Knowledge of grinding media charging in Ball Mill. |
6. Co-ordination with packing plant for achieving despatch target and also with maintenance department |
7. Knowledge of Grinding media wear rate calculation & separator efficiency& empty height cal |
8. Knowledge on Process calculations |
9. Responsible for Planning & Execution of shutdown preventive maintanence |
10. Strictly Adhere of safety knowledge |
11. SAP Knowledge on Production & stoppage bookings |
