Job Description
- To promote Glazed Vitrified range of tiles. (GVT).
- To analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive vertical growth, increase turnover and achieve the targets thereby as per the parameters agreed.
- To be an ‘eye’ in his area for productive insights and inputs to Product Management & Promotion team (PMP) and Strategic Pricing Group (SPG).
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- Responsible for high-end product sales through trade and projects.
- To hunt and develop high and medium range retail counters based on their potential and associate them with the set of specifiers.
- To hunt and develop high and medium range retail stores and generate sales by attaching / associating set of specifiers.
- To monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures & fine-tune strategies accordingly.
