Currently we have an excellent opening for Project Manager with an Leading MNC looking Candidates having good experience in Project Management!!

Job Description – Projects Manager

A. Responsibilities;

1. Operational Efficiency & Quality

a. Handle & execute volume

b. Cost projections & rate realization

c. Effective scheduling

d. Liaising with clients and other functions

e. Conduct defect prevention meetings and track corrective actions

f. Provide hygiene and accountability through a number-driven objective approach

g. Work with the client proactively on potential issues to avoid into escalations/complaints

h. In the event of a complaint or concern, enter this into the CMS, implement interventions to address the complaint or concern, and track it to closure

2. People Manager

a. Ensure team is engaged and motivated at all times

b. Delegate, monitor, and hand hold as required

B. Desired Profile

a. Full time MBA, MCM, PGDM, MMS

b. 5+ years’ experience of which at least 2+ years in hard core project management

c. Good Experience in IT Delivery Management.

d. Preferably in the custom eLearning or software development space

e. Ability to manage large engagements with little or no direction – manage client expectations, escalations, planning, resourcing, scheduling, costs, variances, etc.

f. Excellent team manager and team player

g. Strong analytical skills; ability to make sense of numbers

h. Preferably managed international clients

i. Preferably managed large fixed price engagements from inception to closure

j. Ability to “solve your own problems” and Process-centric individual
