I am having a position of Manager Finance & Accounts with Power Company at Bandra Kurla Complex.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (6 + years of post qualification experience with Service Industries or CA Firm)

Job Description:

Reporting to Executive Director (Finance) and CFO

Department Finance & Accounts

Location Mumbai – Bandra Kurla Complex

Position Description

Job Summary • Leading statutory, internal & tax audit & ensuring its timely completion.

• Review of financial statements on a periodic basis.

• Preparing the Annual Operating plan of the Company.

• Review of FD investment & interest accrual.

• Review of Monthly Debtors, creditors, Bank Reco, Fixed Assets & all balance sheets.

• Analysis of Budget vs Actuals on a periodic basis.

• Cost centre Analysis & sharing of them with HODs

• Preparing Quarterly Management report for Board meeting, audit committee meeting

• To ensure assessments under Income Tax, Service tax and deal with tax consultants, advisors & auditors etc

• Monitoring Training Business unit’s income & expenses

• Review of treasury function and analysing projected cash flow & networth position

• Supervise a team of 4 individuals and ensure smooth operations of the department
