Job Description

• Study details of stressed financial assets acquired by the company from banks or institutions and evolve the preferred strategy for the maximum recovery of the outstanding amounts in the optimum time frame by legal, quasi-legal, settlement or rehabilitation processes.



• Obtain the approval of the appropriate authority for the proposed strategy.



• Implement the approved resolution strategy and ensure recovery within the agreed parameters of time and value.



• Initiate, implement and monitor activities relating to SARFAESI, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Winding Up and other legal proceedings including in appellate bodies.



• Closely work with the in house Legal Group for ensuring expeditious initiation and resolution of cases.



• Liaison with the Advocates, Official Liquidators, Receivers, Revenue Authorities and external Resolution Agencies.



• Collate and submit MIS required for internal analysis and regulatory reporting.
