1] Daily activities related to centralized NBFC Treasury Back Office
o Timely Servicing of debt
o Company internal funds transfers
o Cash flow requirements of various BU’s
o Investments in MF’s
2] Operations activities also include Banking (monthly throughput of receipts and payments in excess of Rs. 16,000 crs.), co-ordination with external agencies such as NSDL (demat related), BSE (listing related), Banks, etc. and MIS related activities.
3] Query resolution with various BU’s, Banks, other Miscellaneous activities and MIS reporting.
4] Adhering to Internal controls, Approval authorities and being compliant as per the regulatory authorities and Board Resolution’s.
5] Additional responsibilities – to support Front Office activities such as ALM management / Systems development / Compliance.
