- 5+ years of strong Java/J2EE Web application development experience
- 4+ years of experience in any MVC frameworks like Struts development
- 3+ years of experience in any of ORM tool (Toplink, hibernate, eclipselink, ibatis, JPA etc.)
- Strong experience of Object Oriented Design and Analysis
- Experience in Design patterns, UML, JUnit etc. is preferred
- Skills: Java, Struts, Any of the ORM tool
