• Preparation of various MIS related to business



• Prima facie dealer follow up.



• Conducting the monthly Audits in the dealership                                                                                        



• Analysis of shortfall based on policy and guidelines.



• Audit Supervision – Preparation of audit schedule and getting it approved.



• Checking of audit summaries recd from the auditors.



• Following up with dealer for deposits and with auditors for routine issues



• Preparation of status reports



• Reviewing audit frequency
