Job Description
• He should contact all Hyper Markets/Super markets/ major hotels(HORECA segment)/down market like Baqalas, restaurants and hence should have good negotiation skills.
• Further another important area to be tapped by him is ‘Private Labelling’ where he should get business for manufacturing water in the brands of the client’s choice which requires more market knowledge.
• Any Production/Plant Manager with only engg background with factory experience can not handle the marketing job and private labelling.
• Operations Manager with production knowledge (since he is in-charge of the plant) and more Sales/Marketing skills is required to capture the market.
• He should contact all Hyper Markets/Super markets/ major hotels(HORECA segment)/down market like Baqalas, restaurants and hence should have good negotiation skills.
• At the same time he should have knowledge on the production side also and supervise the Production Manager’s job of composition of water/minerals, bromate and Ph level of water, annual maintenance of machinery, compressor/ motor replacements, installation of additional ancillary machineries like Shrink-wrapping, cup machine etc.
• Over-all we need some one who has 75% marketing in water bottling industry with 25% on technical knowledge.
