Description –
Key Responsibilities: Summary : The incumbent will drive the compensation & benefit programs, improve the processes of performance management, compensation & benefits management across key locations.
Key responsibilities would be as follows:
Compensation programs: Design and implement compensation programs for specific countries/ businesses; resolve C&B issues/queries from geographies/business units
Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct the annual job matching and market pricing of jobs within assigned region/ business unit and assigned job families; applying job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates based on internal and external data.
Variable/ Incentive Plan : Administration of existing plans; Provide analysis to Regional and /or Business line and HR Leadership, evaluation and implementation of existing plans/changes in plan design, documentation and roll-out.
International Mobility : Anchor the International Expatriation and Repatriation process as SPOC. Work closely with different vendors in the mobility and taxation domain and manage the international mobility model across the company.
