Job Description
1. Have full understanding and working knowledge of the Retail Leases Accurate market commercial conditions.
2. The Lease Manager is to be part of a leasing team and be the main contact with new and existing Investors in leasing related matters.
3. Create, implement and develop merchandize mix in accordance with the company’s goals.
4. Will work closely with and under the direction of the GM/DGM Leasing.
5. Present and market the company’s available leasable units to presumptive Investors.
6. Negotiate and agree Offers to Lease, MOU’s and Investment Agreements with Investors following the process & strategies to exceed the company’s goals.
7. Specific project related tasks such as merchandize mix, rental incomes , sales estimations, and leasing strategy.
8. Preparation of lease Agreement.
9. Preparation of State Budget and Cash Flow.
10. Monitoring and review staff and store performance on a regular basis.
11. Managing and developing the team, Training new team and development the current.
