The group is into the business of beautifying homes, offices , furniture , kitchens, living rooms, floorings and hotel interiors. etc. They will be selling products from top world class brands mainly from European markets.
They need very SMART person for following important position:-
Name of position:- Key account Manager
Job Location:- Hyderabad
Job description:-
Accountability: Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Major Deliverables:
- Need analysis: Need analysis form to be filled up while interacting with customer. Interact with client regularly to ensure that their requirements are met
- Key Business: Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. Explore marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes. Stay in touch with architects & builders on a regular basis to understand the upcoming projects
- Presentations: Demonstrate products /methods /services using appropriate presentation & brochure to persuade customers to purchase products.
- Quotations: Create detailed quotation and make accurate calculations as per the customer requirement/selection based on costing sheet provided by the company without any discrepancy/deviations.
- Closure: Ensure that proper follow up is done with customer to make sure deal is closed within discount parameters.
- Delivery & payment: Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients through coordination with production and logistics team. Also ensure 100% payment is received before delivery. KAM will be responsible for outstanding payments.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain long-term relationships by interacting with customers on regular basis and update them on forthcoming product developments and special promotions. Make follow up calls for feedback and referrals.
- Reports: Prepare sales forecast based on marketing activity plans and past performance. Review on a monthly basis.
- Inventory records: Stay updated with all company products. Provide customers with the appropriate details about the products in response to their inquiries
- DSR: Daily sales report need to be made daily and submitted to the Assistant General Manager –
Key Accounts with complete details. - Grievances: Deal promptly with customer complaints and resolve the queries.
- Targets: Using above mentioned pointers to ensure “Targets are met”
Supervises: Assistant KAM, KA Executive
Reports to: AGM-Key Accounts
Experience:- 3- 10 years experience in key account management.
Other requirements -Experience with Polished Communication Skills with Verbal & Written.
Compensation:- It will not be a constraint for well deserving candidates. It will consist of attractive salary and incentive based on performance. Conveyance will be additional.
VERY IMPORTANT:-
This is a very high end luxury product store, and hence they require very fine people for this.
The candidates have to be smart in their outlook, and also their presentation. They have to be very fluent in English.
Interview Process:- There will be 2-3 rounds of interview.
