The Business Analyst, Sales & Marketing Technology, is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the business gets the most out of their investments in the sales and marketing technology stack. The role owns the capturing, analyzing, synthesizing, assessing, documenting, and verifying business requirements, processes and workflows. Working as part of the Sales & Marketing Technology the business analyst is responsible for the representation and championing the requirements to relevant parties throughout the development lifecycle. The Business Analyst is also the primary point of contact for end-users, and thus will coordinate end-user training and provide tier-2 support. Success in this role depends on the ability to reconcile conflicting demands and evaluating trade-offs between long-term and short-term business goals.
