Job Description
1. Assists with developing and implementing Specialty Retail Leasing program
2. Cultivate potential long term investors.
3. Enable new investors to test products and concepts.
4. Complement and enhance the traditional merchandise mix.
5.Generate added sales and revenue.
6. Implement major traffic building exhibitions/ events through existing & new vendors.
7. Invest 50% of time to go out and find new potential clients such as telecommunication, car companies to host events in the company.
8. Responsible for all Retail Merchandising Units (kiosks) and to ensure that they are rented during the whole year.
9. Maintain prospects for Specialty Leasing investors offering unique product lines in order to expand the merchandise mix of the center and increase participation and revenue in the program around the year.
10. Preparation of weekly leasing status report and others, as and when required.
