The Systems Administrator, Sales & Marketing Technology, is ultimately responsible for keeping all of the tools and solutions that makeup the sales and marketing technology stack running smoothly. The role manages the release of new features and functions into the sandbox environments and ultimately the production environments. Only administrators will be empowered to make changes to the full sandbox and product environments. Working in collaboration with colleagues in Global IT and Business Analysts, the system administrator will also be required to make systems changes to support tier-2 support. Success in this role depends on the ability to ensure end users have access to the relevant solutions to conduct their day-to-day business activities.
