Job Description

The ideal candidate should be well experienced and good knowledge in project execution, team leader exposure, ability to handle and control the team. He should be familiar with carpentry and interior design as well.

·         Successfully handled various factory setup projects while developing baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the same

·         Expertise in spearheading production operations with focus on optimum utilization of manpower & materials

·         Proficient in analyzing and mapping existing processes to the desired levels (GAP Analysis), evaluating available technology-based solutions and restructuring/reengineering the process to achieve higher levels of efficiency & effectiveness

·         Instrumental in controlling production parameters for ensuring product quality in compliance with the given standards; implementing 5S & Lean Manufacturing

·         An enterprising leader with proficiency in leading personnel towards accomplishment of common goals
