Urgent: Japanese MNC: Assistant Manager / Sr. Engineer: Incoming Quality Control @ Daman

- Automation Solutions(Light Controller, Motion Sensor , Video Door Phone etc).
Qualification & Experience:
· Engineering Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 5 + years experience in Quality in Electrical Wiring Devices ( Switches , wiring Devices & accessories) / Electrical Industry
Job Responsibilities:
· To handle the IQC , PQC,FPA , CAPA, QQC Sample Inspection of Wiring Devices products , as per Drawings , Standards & specifications
· Vendor Development, visits, Audit & evaluation, focusing on defects of IQC & Line rejection.
· ICQ, considering material flow, material handling & PPAP.
· Daily & Monthly Quality Review meeting.
· Calibration of measuring & testing equipments.
· Customer complaints , Quality Improvement , Corrective & preventive action
· QC circle Project , third party inspection, monthly Q-meeting , Co-ordinate with design & purchase
· Issue of all quality system documents as well as SOP, QAP etc.
· Organizing internal audit & trainings on process & safety.
· Verify & Sample Approval of new developed products.
· Preparation of inspection layout.
· Knowledge of 5S, 7QC Tools, Kaizen & Itakona.
