<p><strong>Responsibility</strong></p><ul><li>Understand doctor landscape and competitive offerings in a market.</li><li>Attract, manage and retain a team of territory sales managers.</li><li>Plan territory divisions, assignment of leads and targets for the team.</li><li>Achieve individual and team sales targets for Practo&rsquo;s products.</li><li>Monitor and manager team performance.</li><li>Maintain high levels of motivation by consistently ensuring a high quality learning and professional experience.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What you must be</strong></p><ul><li>A self-starter – you don&rsquo;t fold under pressure, in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.</li><li>A problem-solver &ndash; you can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and logical way, you get things done fast in a scrappy way.</li><li>An excellent sales person &amp; manager &ndash; comfortable with identifying and closing leads, managing end-to-end client relationships, motivating sales team.</li><li>An energetic leader able to attract and retain A+ players.&nbsp;</li><li>Passionate about Practo&rsquo;s mission to improve health through technology &ndash; you give it your all because you believe in the impact of your work on consumers and doctors.</li><li>A person of high integrity. You will represent Practo and we trust that you have the best interests of the company in mind.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Required background</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of managing a sales team.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. We are building an International Expansion team to take Practo&rsquo;s suite of innovative B2B and B2C solutions to doctors and consumers worldwide. &nbsp;We are looking for leaders to join our International Leadership Program, which will prepare them for international assignments. Participants in the International Leadership Program will work on various cross-functional projects across Sales and Operations in India for 3-12 months before relocating to a new country in a Country Head of Sales role.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role&nbsp;</strong></p><p>As a Country Head of Sales for Practo, you will be responsible for driving sales of Practo&rsquo;s products, hiring and growing the local team and establishing sales structure (incentives, processes, targets, etc). &nbsp;</p>
