You will represent Practo and we trust that you have the best interests of the company in mind. </li></ul><p><strong> </strong><strong>Required background</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of managing a sales team.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Afterwards, you will relocate to a designated country. Nevertheless, you must be able to relocate within 3 months of joining Practo.</li></ul><p><strong>Country Head of Sales</strong></p><p>Practo is taking global its mission of enhancing health through technology. We are building an International Expansion team to take Practo’s suite of innovative B2B and B2C solutions to doctors and consumers worldwide. We are looking for leaders to join our International Leadership Program, which will prepare them for international assignments. Participants in the International Leadership Program will work on various cross-functional projects across Sales and Operations in India for 3-12 months before relocating to a new country in a Country Head of Sales role. </p><p><strong>Role </strong></p><p>As a Country Head of Sales for Practo, you will be responsible for driving sales of Practo’s products, hiring and growing the local team and establishing sales structure (incentives, processes, targets, etc). </p>
