Description –
1.Enable planning and implementation of energy conservation management across all the MANUFACTURING PLANTS plants.
2.Identifying the gap of saving projections and quickly strategize of ideas to meet the targeted savings.
3.Benchmark the process, technologies and best practices in the energy conservation.
4.Bringing cost effective solutions within the frame work of the departmental & organizational guidelines, Energy performance contracts, BEE, Govt. of India requirements for Industries and buildings to implement in different plants of MANUFACTURING PLANTS.
5.Coordinating with other BUs on sharing the opportunities of energy conservation, Developing sourcing strategies to have cheaper energy.
6.Coordinating Energy Audits with professional agencies like CIIGEBC,BEE, TERI, NPC, PCRA, HAIL, Various Consultants, Energy Audit Agencies and Energy saving product manufacturing and marketing companies, Research institutes and laboratories
7.Targeting to reduce the Energy spent by 5 % on established base line
8.Guide the Engineering teams , for implementing and tracking of energy ideas
9.Exploring renewable Energy source opportunities in / out of MANUFACTURING PLANTS plants for better and reliable sourcing of energy

5.Well versed with codes, IBR, NFPL, ASHRAE, ISO & WHO standards on Clean Rooms, Factory Act & developed IT skills and high levels of numeracy and literacy.
