The Global Head of AM Cloud Services is responsible for leading and executing global data center operations and strategy for Asset Management Business for SunGard. The Global Head of AM Cloud Services will ensure current and future business needs are met and network operations are managed effectively in all markets. This role will strategize, manage, and operate multiple data center facilities for Asset Management group at SunGard support all non-mainframe based applications. Serves as the liaison for all 24×7 operational activities across the managed nationwide data centers with executives and business owners to ensure appropriate communications with all interested and vested parties. Leads and directs the staff in these areas to optimize employee potential and maximize Asset Management’s continued growth in existing and new markets. Has responsibility for overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. As the single point of escalation and management of Data Center / Vendor issues, must build and maintain strong relationships with the vendor stakeholders, escalating issues to appropriate parties and providing status to corporate Business Leadership.
