Lead scale-ups, tech transfers, validations and technical interventions Challenging work environment requiring technical and managerial skills. Interface with internal mid & senior level management. 1.Technical (Operational capabilities): Lead the site to site transfer projects in order to achieve defined timelines and quality. Lead periodic reviews and implement a lean and efficient transfer process. Build team capability.
