Operations Manager – InstantAs an Operations Manager for Instant, you will be driving the entire product operations right from implementation of the product to process setting up to delivering on the SLAs.Instant: We revolutionized the healthcare industry by providing patients with an online appointment booking platform. Instant takes the patient experience in fulfilling this appointment to the next level by providing them with a live status. Roles and ResponsibilitiesImplementation<ul><li>Lead & drive the implementation of Instant in clinics across India</li><li>Lead implementation of partnerships, on-ground activation and other adoption strategies for the product.</li></ul>Process management<ul><li>Design, build, implement & govern the processes by which the product operations will run</li></ul>Metrics<ul><li>Set & own the KPIs & SLAs for the product operations</li><li>Build processes to track & report all the parameters that contribute to these metrics </li></ul>Stake holder management<ul><li>Conduct Operations reviews with various stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the product operations.</li></ul>Team management<ul><li>Plan the team for product operations</li><li>Own & drive the KRAs and targets of the team</li><li>Motivate the team to be 100% efficient & productive at all times</li></ul>Requirements • Any graduation, preferably from a premier institute • 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Experience of having built a market place by bringing suppliers on board would be a bonus. • Strong business acumen • Problem solving nature • Data driven & hustler in nature • Keen interest in startups & in building things from the scratch About Practo At Practo Technologies we have one aim – Better Patient Experience.
