THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
1.Responsibilities for QA/QC function and QMS Implementation.
Regularity implementation, maintaining cGMP, IPQA activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS / DEVELOPMENTAL EXPERIENCES
Handling of OOS and Deviations and preparing the investigation reports of the same.
Responsible for GMP, GLP and Safety related documents. Preparation of Specifications, STPs & SOPs.
In process analysis during manufacturing and packaging operation Conducting Internal audits for compliance in House-Keeping, Safety and on-line documentation.
Reviewing of analytical data of QC, Production, R & D and Stores.
Preparation and review of BMR/BPR. Retained sample management , Sampling of various sample including FP, Swab analysis for cleaning validation, Hold time study, Process validation etc.
Preparation of Product Quality Review , Stability documents as per Regulatory & cGMP norms. Review / Compliance of Documents [Finished products, RM, PM, IPQC docs, etc]
Handling quality system documents like; OOS documents,Change Control, deviations, Laboratory investigations and OOT study in Stability studies.
