To strategize organize and support the team for achieving desired gain in Prepaid customer market share through quality customer acquisitions and Prepaid Revenue Market Share through right product mix and innovative market expansion strategies. Also need to ensure that above objectives are met within Budgeted Cost of Customer Acquisition.-Monitor proper adherence to various processes as per the regulatory and corporate guidelines to achieve zero Non Compliance-Monitor retention activities for better customer satisfaction and prevent revenue leakage.-Monitor overall revenue growth through prepaid activities to improve CSATCustomer Satisfaction score as per guideline.-Ensure the agencies perform adequately for 100% compliances.
