JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND MAIN ACTIVITIES | |
1. | Maintain updated customer base |
2. | Maintain detailed study of prospects – basic information and details of decision making authorities |
3. | Keep a track of competitor’s Pricing / Quotes |
4. | Follow up on continuous basis with prospects till orders materialize |
5. | Follow up / coordinate with customers in case of complaints, applications, repeat orders etc |
6. | Follow up with CSD and other concerned departments for closure |
7. | Look into specification study, assessment and highlighting of all the technical requirements in favor of Accurate Tenders |
8. | Plan internal meetings – sharing of success stories, important observations and points leading to sign-ups |
9. | Study and analyze competitor’s products and price vis-à-vis Accurate |
10. | Plan and schedule visits to new prospective customers and current customers |
11. | Borrowing for new projects and expansion to generate orders (Finance department responsibility) |
12. | Prepare presentations for product marketing in line with the prospect’s requirement |
13. | Ensure right customer invitees in common forum & continuous analysis |
