Project Manager

 
Qualification:
Any Graduate

Experience:
7-10 years

Desired Skills:
Should have lead a team of at least 100+ in his/her preivous assignments

Key Responsibilies:
Should be able to mentor Team Leads / Managers with challenges that encompass everything from helping providers increase revenues, decrease costs, accelerate cash flow, improve margin and operational workflows by addressing people, processes, and technology across every aspect of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee work plans for various components of the BU


• Manage activities between work streams


• Provide guidance to Team Leads and Managers as they manage large, confidential and complex data sets


• Prepare details for the WOR with the team to facilitate client meetings


• Develop process flows depicting pain points in the business process


• Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations


• Mentor and develop junior staff

Job role:

• Should be capable of working and communicating with people at all levels of an organization.


• Should be able to lead small engagement teams or components of large, complex engagements.


• Should be able to plan and organize all billing and revenue cycle activities including contracting, insurance credentialing, data entry, collection, insurance verification, patient billing, correspondence, refunding/credit balances and AR follow-up.


• Promote and maintain exceptional customer service while maximizing reimbursement.


• Responsible for development and implementation of all revenue cycle procedures.
