Experience: 1-9 Yrs Specialization: Retail Sales, Networking, Business Development, Marketing, Inventory Job Function: Sales/Business Development Qualification: Post Graduation – Any Post Graduate, School & Graduation – Any Graduate Industry : Retailing, Architecture/Interior Design Perks : Hand Some Package + Incentives. Job Location : Hyderabad Skills : Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Pricing, Vendor Relationships, Market Knowledge, Staffing, Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency, Client Relationships, Verbal Communication . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Should have good product knowledge on interiors and furniture. -Source, screen and facilitate retail sales opportunities. -Provide Customer Service/ Support, Product Description, variants and features to the Customer/client. -Assist the Customer/ client in customization of products. -Bridging between the customer and the Brand for customizations -Maintain the inventory of stock for particular brand and replenishments. -Follow up of the delivery, dispatch and installations of products through -Merchandiser and technicians -Post sales service -The Luxury Furniture Brand Manager has the primary responsibility to maximize sales volume by growing existing business, developing new business and providing the best possible customer service while enhancing -To take care of the sales activities of our High End furniture showroom. -Assisting customers in purchasing, delivery and ultimate satisfaction -Understand customer?s requirement and help them with the available options. -Assisting & Helping customers in the decision making process. -Taking care of operations and administration of showroom. -Cross selling other related furniture. -Responsible for achieving overall sales revenue & target. -Maintain Customer database & do continuous follow up with the customers.
