We accomplish this through strong information security leadership and active collaboration with line of business information risk managers to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firm’s risk posture.


 


IT Risk and Controls:  Oversight and governance of IT Risk across the firm including IT Risk posture, IT Risk assessment framework, IT regulatory compliance and IT policies and standards.


 


  • Provide production and non-production environment support for Vendor Management / Regulatory Applications. 

  • Maintain Business Process Indicator of 99.99%. This includes monitoring of the environment, managing and tracking incidents and escalations. 

  • Analyze data processing problems to implement and improve resiliency of the application supported.

  • Resolve and track production incidents and prevent reoccurrences. 

  • Coordinate and perform deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and support of Windows Server environments for production and non-production environments.

  • Partner closely with Application Development, Testing team and upstream consumers and other L2 Operate teams.

  • Participate in on-call rotation for application support of production related issues.

  • Improve productivity, supportability and efficiency by automation of repeatable tasks using tools and scripting. 

  • Create and improve system documentation (Run books, FAQs). 

  • Chair and participate in Project Working Group to improve production stability. 







Qualifications


 

Qualifications & Experience: 


  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in Java, Informatica, Business Objects and UNIX/LINUX. 

  • Strong foundation with Oracle Databases

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field. 

  • Experience: 5-7 years of work experience in job offered.  

Soft Skills (Mandatory):


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and make objective decisions independently

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work in a matrix managed organization

  • Excellent team work
